A very warm welcome to Faraday School - I am delighted that you have found your way to our website, the online home of the youngest New Model School.
Founded in 2009, Faraday is a small but growing independent primary school in East London located on the inspirational setting of Trinity Buoy Wharf, close to Canary Wharf and London's financial district, in the heart of the Docklands. Children join our Reception class in the year they turn five years old and leave for secondary education at the end of Year 6, when they are 11 years old.
Faraday is committed to giving every child a first-class traditional education in the arts and sciences, drawing as a resource upon the Core Knowledge approach which imparts knowledge through traditional academic subjects.
Although we believe in a traditional approach, our lessons reflect modern thinking on how children learn most effectively and our small classes and quality staff allow for a very personal approach to learning.
